1. What service do you offer?

We provide in-home pet sitting service only. Our goal is to give your pets the same love and care they’d get from you while also keeping your home safe and comfortable.

2. What areas do you serve?

We are based out of Spring Hill, Maury County, Tennessee, but proudly serve the Middle Tennessee community, anywhere from Columbia to Nashville; keeping our focus local so we can give your pets the time and attention they deserve.

3. Do you stay overnight?

Yes! Overnight sitting is available so your pets feel secure and cared for in their own home. This also gives your house that “lived-in” look while you’re away.

4. How do I book a service?

You can contact us directly through our website via our contact page to check on our availability then set up a free meet & greet.

5. Do you offer meet & greets?

Absolutely. We believe trust is key. We’ll meet you and your pets in person at your home before any booking so you feel 100% comfortable - make sure we are the right fit.

6. How do you handle multiple pets?

We’re happy to care for households with multiple pets! We’ll make sure each one gets the attention they need—no double-booking, no rushing.

7. Will you administer medication?

Yes. We’re experienced in giving medications pills, and drops only; as long as clear instructions are provided. Not everyone on our team has performed, nor is comfortable with injection medication.

8. What if my pet has special needs?

We specialize in caring for pets with unique routines or special needs. Just let us know their requirements, and we’ll make sure they’re met with patience and care.

9. Do you only watch dogs?

Nope! While we love pups, we also care for cats, small animals, and more. If it’s part of your family, it’s part of ours.

10. How do payments work?

We’re a cash-friendly business and also accept check, Venmo, PayPal, or Apple Pay. Payment details will be confirmed when you book.

11. Are you insured?

Yes, Oh Doggonit! is fully insured through “Pet Care Insurance” for your peace of mind.

12. Do you support the LGBTQ+ community?

Absolutely. We’re proud to be a supporter of Columbia TN Pride and welcome all people and all pups.
